STAGE 1 Rocca Imperiale - 2 nights

Accommodation in establishment; a lovely B&B in the historical centre of Rocca Imperiale, famous for its Norman-Swabian castle of the 13^thcentury, a massive fortress dominating the Ionic coast.

STAGE 2 Morano Calabro – 2 nights

The third day we move and accommodate in establishment for two nights in Morano Calabro, whose artistic grace surrounded by the natural beauty of its mountains, gets it nominated as one of the most beautiful Italian villages.

After the visit of the village a typical local dinner is planned.

STAGE 3 Cosenza - 2 nights

The fifth day we leave for Cosenza, city of Frederic the 2^nd, of Alaric’s myth and of Crati and Busento rivers. Cosenza represents a milestone of the Calabrian and the whole Southern Italian history.

• Archeoenology experience in Acri: after visit of Mama Museum (Museum of contemporary art), stop in particular winery (Acroneo) that uses technologies of vinification from the old greek. Taste of wines vinificated into old greek amphoras accompained by “suino nero”, calabrian typical black pork meat. In the afternoon stop in typical winery in Bisignano (Serracavallo farm with degustation.

The prices referred to the overnight consists of two options: B&B and Hotel.

Hotel formula: In some specific destination, for the best fruition of the experience, even if the accommodation in hotel could be available, we have intentionally suggested to accommodate in characteristics B&B. There are also villages where does not even exist a 4* hotel: therefore, in order to avoid useless and uncomfortable transfers in town, we suggest again the accommodation in B&B.

Every single “local experiences” must be considered as a free invidual choice. It is possible to choose the preferred option/s between the listed ones; the price of every selected experience comes in addiction to the basic price.
